April Online Training: Building Strength with Heavy Lifts & Movement


Spring is here, and we’re stepping up our training! This April, we’re focusing on building strength with sets of 4 reps using heavier weights while keeping movement and mobility in the mix. If you’re looking for a program that balances strength and functional movement, now is the time to jump in!


April Class Schedule

 

No classes from March 31–April 7 (rest, recharge, and get ready to lift!)


April Classes (7:00–7:30 AM PST):

  • April 8 (Tuesday)

  • April 9 (Wednesday)

  • April 11 (Friday)

  • April 14, 16, 18

  • April 21, 23, 25

  • April 28, 30


Flexible Membership Options

  • One Day a Week (1 Session/Week): $27.40

  • Two Days a Week (8 Sessions): $50

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays (11 Sessions): $66

  • 10-Class Pass: $75

  • 8 Weeks / 1 Day Per Week: $55

  • 8 Weeks / 2 Days Per Week: $100

  • 8 Weeks / 3 Days Per Week: $125
