April Online Training: Building Strength with Heavy Lifts & Movement
Spring is here, and we’re stepping up our training! This April, we’re focusing on building strength with sets of 4 reps using heavier weights while keeping movement and mobility in the mix. If you’re looking for a program that balances strength and functional movement, now is the time to jump in!
