We are excited to offer a Barre Workshop on March 13 from 11 am to 12 pm and a 3-week series on April 10, 17, 24 from 11 am to 12 pm.
Barre is a low-impact workout that combines strength, flexibility, and balance in a fun and challenging way. Whether you're new to barre or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop and series will help you simplify barre while experiencing its amazing benefits.

A Little History Behind Barre:
Barre was created by Lotte Berk, a German dancer who developed the method in the 1950s while recovering from a serious back injury. She combined ballet, Pilates, and yoga to create a workout that would strengthen and stretch her body without causing further injury. The method became popular across Europe and eventually made its way to the U.S., where it has since become a beloved fitness practice.
