Are You Interested in a Gentle Beginner Fitness Class?


At Welly Academy, we’re excited to propose a new class designed specifically for beginners or those with mobility challenges, but we need your input before we finalize it!


Proposed 4 Class Series:


November 21-Dec 12, 2024

January 9 - 30, 2024

Thursdays, 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM


This gentle 30-minute class will focus on stretching, low-impact movements, and light resistance training—with no mat work on the floor. It’s perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility, balance, and strength without stressing the joints. If you have mobility issues or are simply seeking a more supportive workout, this class is for you!
