We’re Back! In-Studio Programs Restart April 10 🎉🏋️♀️
Spring is here, and we’re ready to get moving again! Our in-studio programs start back on April 10, and we’ve got some exciting classes lined up to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel amazing. 🌟
April In-Studio Schedule
📍 Location: Welly Studio
✨ Thursdays🩰 April 10 I 11:00 AM – Barre (Only 3 spots left!) – A fun, strength-focused class inspired by ballet, pilates, and mobility work.
💃 12:30 PM – Move & Groove – Strength training, high-energy, and all about moving with joy.
✨ Fridays🏃♀️ April 11 | 11:00 AM – Walk/Run & Strength Train – A mix of cardio and strength for all levels.

✨ Mondays💪 April 14th I 11:00 AM – Small Group Training – Strength training in a supportive group setting.
🎶 12:30 PM – Move & Groove – Let’s dance, stretch, and move together!
