Week after week, she’s tackled every challenge with heart, hustle, and an infectious smile. From powering through 100 sit-ups a day to completing hundreds of squats and kettlebell swings, Maureen has shown us what’s possible when you stay consistent and embrace the journey.
🔥 Motivation
What keeps you coming back? “I’ve really come to embrace consistency with my workouts—that’s what keeps me showing up. My motivation has only grown since joining. I actually miss it when class is canceled!”
How has your motivation evolved? “I love a good challenge (especially if there’s a prize 😉), and over time I’ve learned that staying consistent gives me even more motivation to keep going.”

What are you most proud of? “My ability to do the workouts and feel strong.”
A big personal milestone? “Our bike and barge trip where I cycled 250 km—huge for me!”

What do you love most? “The variety—training is never boring!”
How has the program improved your daily life? “I have more energy, I take longer walks, sleep better, and just feel better overall.”
💡 Advice for Newcomers
What would you tell someone just starting out? “Take it slow. Don’t try to keep up with the regulars—you’ll get there!”
What do you wish you’d known when you joined? “Even on days I don’t feel like I have energy, I still finish the workout and feel amazing by the end.”

How do you feel before and after a workout? “Regular exercise is such a mood booster!”
Has it helped your focus or mental clarity? “Absolutely. I feel more focused and good throughout the day.”

What are you most grateful for in your fitness journey? “That my body is getting stronger.”
How has this program added value to your life? “It’s taught me so much about how to take care of my body—and it’s given me real confidence.”

How do you set goals and stay focused? “I like to write my goals down, and the program worksheets help so much with tracking and staying on course.”
Biggest challenge? “A nagging hamstring injury. I’ve had to adapt and get treatments, but the program’s modifications have helped me keep going.”
