Reconnect with nature and your inner strength in the company of a small, supportive group of like-minded individuals. This intimate retreat offers personalized attention and fosters a deeper connection to yourself and others, all while experiencing the peaceful serenity of Salt Spring Island.


Experience Salt Spring in a Healthy Way:

 

Take in the beauty of the lakes, wander through the Saturday market, and immerse yourself in the quiet of the surrounding forests. Start your summer with your health in mind as you embrace the calming atmosphere and the healing power of movement and reflection.


Schedule:

 

Day 1: August 5, 2025

  • 9:30 am: Arrival

  • 10:00 am - 10:15 am: Group Check-in

  • 10:15 - 11:15 am: Strength Training Session

  • 11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Mobility, Breathwork, Journal & Yoga Restore


Day 2: August 6, 2025

  • 9:50 am: Arrival

  • 10:00 - 11:00 am: Strength Training Session

  • 11:00 - 11:20 am: Meditation Silence Walk

  • 11:30 - 11:45 am: Journaling/Reflection

  • 11:45 am - 12:30 pm: Yoga Restore & Breath


Day 3: August 7, 2025

  • 9:50 am: Arrival

  • 10:00 - 11:00 am: Suspension Training

  • 11:00 am - 12:15 pm: Yin Yoga, Yoga Restore & Breathwork/Journaling

  • 12:15 - 12:30 pm: Group Goodbye & Reflection

What's Included:

  • Guided strength training, yin yoga, suspension yoga, and restorative yoga.

  • Mobility and breathwork sessions.

  • Journaling and self-reflection exercises.

  • A beautifully crafted journal and pen for your practice.

  • Yoga socks for your sessions.

  • Opportunities to foster new friendships in our intimate group of 6-9 participants.

  • Accommodations

  • Food


What to Bring:

  • Basic workout attire.

  • Indoor runners for ease of movement in the studio.

  • Pillow and blanket for extra comfort.

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated.
